Services
The site presents information about the accommodation's rooms, services and contacts. Bookings are made via the external TeamSystem Hospitality booking engine or by contacting us directly.
Bookings and Payments
The accommodation contract is concluded with BIM SRL. Conditions, rates, payments and cancellation policies are shown on the booking portal before you confirm and are repeated in the booking confirmation. As these are accommodation services for a specific date, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code): the cancellation conditions of the chosen rate apply.
Best Price Guarantee
If, within 24 hours of booking on our site, you find the same accommodation for the same dates, the same guests and the same conditions at a lower total price on another publicly accessible website, write to us at info@relaxnelcentrostorico.com with the link or a screenshot: once verified, we will refund the difference. Excluded are rates reserved for members or users of booking-site apps (for example Booking.com Genius), promotions funded by the booking site, packages with other services and differences due to currency exchange. The claim must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
Liability
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant it is free of errors or omissions. Actual availability is that shown by the booking engine.
Intellectual Property
Texts and images on the site belong to BIM SRL or to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

For any complaint you can write to us at info@relaxnelcentrostorico.com: we will reply as soon as possible.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where consumers reside. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of Paola (CS) has jurisdiction.
