We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Bookings and Guests
Bookings and quotation requests are made on the TeamSystem Hospitality portal (hospitality-guest.teamsystem.cloud). The accommodation contract is concluded with BIM SRL, which is the controller of the related data and processes it to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); TeamSystem processes it on our behalf as a processor, while for the cookies and services of its own platform it acts as an independent controller. For guests we also process the data required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): reporting guests' identity to the police (Art. 109 TULPS, Alloggiati Web portal), tourism statistics, the municipal tourist tax and tax obligations. Telephone operators process call data as independent controllers. Guests' data is disclosed to the authorities where required by law. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes.
